The 33 days from June 1 to July 3rd will be used to prep those arms for the greatest sleeveless holiday on earth. Great for those that need a kickstart with some volume!  Start with 10% lower on compound movement maxes and move up 2.5% each week if successful!  For a strength-focused workout program centered around the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift (SBD).
